Experienced full-time Legal Secretary / Receptionist

The position will involve

(1) providing a professional and welcoming service to clients and others visiting or calling our office, managing the main switchboard of the firm and ensuring calls are answered and transferred in an efficient manner and

(2) a wide variety of secretarial and administrative tasks including typing support for all departments in the firm,  photocopying, scanning, filing, faxing, and taking card payments from clients.

Must be proficient in the use of audio transcription, copy typing, MS Office and Outlook and be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone
